I understand that Sports Entry Solutions Online Entry is a service provided to the organiser of the event that I am entering.

I agree that Sports Entry Solutions Online Entry will pass the details I have completed on their online form to the organiser of the event I am entering.

I agree that my name, gender, age and club or team I represent may be displayed on the list of competitors for the races I have entered.

I agree that if I have elected to have my details stored for my use when entering future races that Sports Entry Solutions may store my details on their computer system, but they may not divulge them to any other person, except the organiser of the event I have entered, without my express authority.

Sports Entry Solutions cannot be held responsible for the further handling of information once it has been passed to the organiser of the event I am entering. In the event that a race I have entered is cancelled then I agree that I must take up the issue of any refund with the event organiser. Sports Entry Solutions are not responsible for any refunds unless the specific event is one organised by them. I am aware that each event may have its own refund policy and that by entering an event I am accepting the terms and conditions of that policy. Sports Entry Solutions obligations to me with regard to refunds are fulfilled once they have completed the service of passing my details to the organiser of the event I am entering.

I am over eighteen years of age and I am entering this event on my own behalf. If the person entering this event is under 18 years of age then these terms and conditions must be agreed and accepted by a parent or legal guardian.
